WaterBreath Essentials

WaterBreath Essentials is a warm water therapy intensive focusing on offering a solid foundation in body mechanics (particularly in preparation for Fluid Presence™ & WaterDance®) while allowing a quality of spaciousness to truly embody the principles. A basic framework will be offered from which we will explore the stability and simultaneous invisibility of various “Water Holding” positions.

We will explore the art of breath connection; detecting, supporting and encouraging the breath through attunement to our receiver. We will cultivate confidence with the technique as well as developing trust, connection and intuition as the foundation for all warm water therapy modalities and the art of submerging. This course also emphasizes communication skills for establishing rapport and cultivating the openness and innocence of “beginner’s mind.”

Support will be given to encourage beginners as well as seasoned practitioners to learn technique while attending to their receiver in an open, fluid, spontaneous, attentive and caring manner.

Fulfills requirements for the Fluid Presence™ Provider path and serves as prerequisite for WaterDance I
